  • Our journey began in 2019 when our daughters met at school. We discovered we share many similarities: Latinas with long professional careers; passionate about our countries and cultures; committed to promote international development and improve the living conditions of vulnerable groups; and interested in finding the formula to balance our family and professional lives.

    Our curiosity, creativity, and interest in continuing to contribute led us to create an innovative and inclusive model for professionals who paused their careers. We designed a working model that fits the reality of specialists like us who want to join forces in favor of international development.

    In 2023 our friendship turned into a partnership with WeWOW Development, a small business that (re)connects professionals and unlocks their untapped potential in international development.

We are Entrepreneurs (WE) and Moms (WOW) actively addressing global development challenges.

Our international network of professionals combines technical expertise and local understanding to support clients in achieving their international development goals, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the sustainability of their actions. With over two decades of combined experience throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, we specialize in designing impactful and sustainable development projects tailored for the private sector and local organizations.

We excel in establishing strong partnerships, leveraging and implementing fund strategies, and enhancing presence and opportunities in different development sectors.
